Yukon Wildlife Preserve
The Yukon Wildlife Preserve is a conservation area preserving the natural habitat for 13 mammal species in northern Canada. Through conservation and research efforts, it provides insight into the animal ecology of the Arctic Circle. With over 700 hectares of preserved land, it has become a paradise for wildlife enthusiasts and photographers. The preserve is home to animals like elk, caribou, mule deer, muskoxen, bison, Arctic wetland reindeer, Arctic foxes, snowshoe hares, and more.
