Carcross Town
Carcross Town is an outdoor adventure hub in the Yukon, where lakes abound, featuring the world's smallest desert and Canada's northernmost railway station. It's a town with a distinctive Indigenous culture in the heart of the Yukon. In winter, it's mostly blanketed in white snow, offering a picturesque polar landscape, perfect for winter sports. Despite its small size, the town boasts unique features, including churches and Indigenous dwellings. There's also an abandoned hotel here, recognized as one of Canada's top ten legendary haunted houses.
