Canadian Rockies
The Rocky Mountains is the easternmost main mountain range of the Cordillera Mountains in western North America. Parallel to it are the Pacific Coast Mountains, the Cascade Mountains and the Sierra Nevada Mountains.
The highest peak of the Rocky Mountains is Mount Elbert[1], located in Colorado with a height of 4401 meters. Mount Robson is the highest peak in Canada, with a height of 3954 meters. The entire Rocky Mountain system is a large part of the American Geographical Region.
Many places in the Rocky Mountains today are national parks and forests. They are also popular tourist attractions. Recreation activities such as camping, hiking, mountain climbing, fishing, hunting, mountain biking, skiing and snowboarding can be carried out.
