1. How can I book a JR pass?
   You can book it on our website or come to our office and pick up immediately during 9:30AM to 17:00PM on Monday to Friday. We can also ship your pass to specified address, but additional delivery fee is required.

2. What is the difference between Green Car and Ordinary car?
   Green car provides more leg room seat and quiet travel experience for passengers. Passenger are required to reserve their Green car seat in advance. They can
   also use ordinary car with their green pass.
   
3. When can I exchange my JR Pass?
   It has an activation period of 3 months from the date of issue. Passenger are required to exchange their passes during the office hour at JR service counter in Japan.
4. What documents should I bring with me when I buy a JR Pass?
   All you need is your name on your passport. If they buy it for others, make sure they know the exact name on the passport. As the name will be printed on the exchange voucher and the JR service counter will check their passport when they exchange it in Japan
5. Can I reserve a seat with JR Pass?
   The PASS itself does not guarantee you a seat. If you want to use a reserved seat, be sure to book a reserved seat (no additional payment needed). You can obtain a reserved-seat ticket at a reserved-seat ticket machine, at any JR station ticket office (Midori-no-madoguchi), or at any Travel Service Center, etc. before boarding.
6. Can I refund my ticket after issued?
   Yes. Please note that 15% handling fee will be charged for any exchange voucher within one year from the date of issue.
