  • Pricing Term

    Payment Installment:
    • When booking 65 days prior to departure, a 20% deposit of the total amount is required.
    • The remaining balance must be paid in full 60 days before departure. Failure to pay within the deadline will result in the cancellation of the order. Please refer to the cancellation terms below
    Cancellation & Amendment
    • More than 50 days prior to departure: 20% of the total booking amount will be charged.
    • 32-49 days prior to departure: 80% of the total booking amount will be charged.
    • Within 31 days (including the 31th day) of departure: tour will be NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-CHANGEABLE.
    • Modification is subject to availability. Calgary Tours reserves the final right of the amendment.
    Additional fees, including but not limited to associated credit card or wire transfer service charges, will be applied to any cancellation or amendment request. Cancellation policy will be applied to below modifications: reducing the number of travelers, and changing; optional admissions & group meal purchase, as well as amending extended hotel stay.
  • Tour Terms

    • Calgary Tours has put forth all necessary efforts to ensure that, at all times of publication, all descriptions in the present brochure are exact
    • Calgary Tours reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or change the tour and/or hotel accommodation
    • If the tour package includes complimentary items, there is no cash value or refund for unused services
    • Any loss or additional expenses incurred shall be bound by the participant
    • Calgary Tours shall not be liable for failure in the performance of its obligations for any loss or damage resulting from any delay, cancellations, loss of personal belongings, illness, bodily injury, accident, death, deterioration of services, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, disappointment or frustration (either mental or physical), attributable to a fault, negligent act or omission by a provider or any employee thereof. Each agency has various regulations; it is responsible for passengers, and in case of accidental casualties or property damage, it should be resolved in accordance with the safety regulations established by various agencies.
