Overview
Customers arrived Vancouver airport before 12:00pm will enjoy a complimentary city tour or outlet shopping with 10%-off VIP voucher (approx. 3 hours) in Vancouver.
**Guests must provide flight information at least three days prior to departure. Failure to do so will be considered a voluntary forfeiture of the airport pick-up, half-day tour, and outlet shopping.

  • Vermillion Lakes: A peaceful winter retreat just outside Banff, the Vermilion Lakes offer stunning views of Mount Rundle reflected in patches of open water among the frozen landscape.     Payment Installment:
    • When booking 35 days prior to departure, a 10% deposit of the total amount is required.
    • The remaining balance must be paid in full 32 days before departure. Failure to pay within the deadline will result in the cancellation of the order. Please refer to the cancellation terms below

    • More than 32 days prior to departure: 10% of the total fare + 5% GST per person will be charged.
    • Within 31 days of departure: tour will be NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-CHANGEABLE.
    • Modification is subject to availability. Calgary Tours reserves the final right of the amendment.
    • Tours with FAIRMONT Hotels: 100% NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-CHANGEABLE once booking is confirmed

    Additional fees, including but not limited to associated credit card or wire transfer service charges, will be applied to any cancellation or amendment request.
